Requirements:

• HKDSEE / HKCEE or above with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Good telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills
• Polite, patient, customer service oriented with good work attitude
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with hands-on PC knowledge including MS Office
• Work Location: Discovery Bay, Central, Mongkok and other centres in Hong Kong, Kowloon or N.T.
