Requirements:

• Manage and oversee the operation of the medical centre to ensure an efficient and seamless operation
• Manage patient expectation. Handle complaints and execute improvement plan
• HKDSEE / HKALE or above with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in providing medical services in clinics/ hospitals, with around 2 years in a supervisory role in clinic/ hospitals 
• Good leadership with strong operational and people management skills
• Flexible, good problem-solving and communication skills with initiatives to upgrade service level
• Able to demonstrate a professional manner in all clinical dealings in the centre
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good computer skills
