Quality HealthCare makes every possible effort to ensure that our patients and members receive care that is quality assured and reliable. With our Medical Standards and Compliance Committee (MSCC), we strive to ensure international standards and global best practices are implemented in everything we do.

The Committee is composed of practising senior medical practitioners.


	It oversees and is accountable for all aspects of the following: Clinic medical practices management Medical ethics Patient confidentiality Pharmacy review Compliance with all requirements of the Medical Council of Hong Kong and relevant government ordinances International best practice

Their responsibilities include the review and maintenance of standards, monitoring of doctors through peer group reviews, continuing medical education programmes, and the review of complaints from patients. Radiological, laboratory, drug and dispensing services are also within its ambit.
