Background  
International standards of medical treatment and care, and professional ethics, are the foundations upon which Quality HealthCare is built. We believe in the "patient first" philosophy, and in the long-established trust between doctor and patient.

The Company's Medical Standards and Compliance Committee is composed of practising, senior medical practitioners. It oversees and is accountable for all aspects of clinic management, medical ethics, patient confidentiality, pharmacy review, and compliance with all requirements of the Medical Council of Hong Kong, government Ordinances and international Best Practice.

The Committee's responsibilities include the review and maintenance of standards, monitoring of doctors through peer group reviews, continuing medical education programmes, and the review of complaints from patients. Matters relating to radiological, laboratory, and drug and dispensing services are also within the ambit of the Medical Standards and Compliance Committee.
