We have developed our own TCM Medical Standard and Compliance Committee (TCM MSCC). This committee is composed of members from the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong, Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioners from within Quality HealthCare Chinese Medicine and outside the enterprise, as well as experienced Chinese medicine dispenser. Regular meeting is being held to share the most updated development in the TCM field and to formulate medical standards and operational guidelines for our Chinese Medicine Medical Centres. The functions of the TCM MSCC also cover the approval of clinic procedures, promotion of professional training through continuing education programmes, review of practicing standard and ethics, etc. Ad-hoc meeting may be organized as when urgent situation may arise.
