Dr Lau qualified with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree from Guy's Dental Hospital, University of London, in 1985, and obtained his Licenceship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, in 1986. He was one of the founding clinicians of Quality HealthCare Dental Services Ltd in 1998.

Dr Abdullah graduated from the University of Manchester in 1984 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree. He obtained the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1994 and the Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies from Bristol University in 1999.
