What is Crisis?
 A Crisis occurs when a stressful life event overwhelms an individual's ability to cope effectively in the face of a perceived challenged. (Everly & Mitchell, 1999).
EAP is prepared to assist organization and its employees to face and overcome the challenges initiated by crisis and critical incident through intervention. Our mental health professionals are clinically trained to handle crisis in a caring and safe way.

What is Crisis Intervention?
 The immediacy of intervention is the most important factor in providing psychological care to victims:
- in returning to an adaptive level of functioning;
- for preventing and alleviating the potential negative impact of the crisis/incident/trauma.
