Our physiotherapists specialize in the following areas: manipulative therapy, women's health, acupuncture, fitness training, sports injury management, occupational health and safety, pilates training, fitball training and hydrotherapy.
We offer workshops on workstation ergonomics and also provide onsite visits to employers, lectures and integrated therapy programs etc. We also provide occupational and rehabilitation services to our corporate clients such as Cathay Pacific through operating a staff clinic at Cathay City, Chek Lap Kok.

Homecare

We offer a quality physiotherapy service in the comfort of client's own home, at a reasonable cost and at a time that fits their schedule. We do this to provide an added layer of convenience and personalization to our clients and to continue raise the bar on the quality of physiotherapy service provision in the marketplace.

Health talks
|
We provide talks by registered physiotherapists on a range of health topics. Common themes include Back and Neck Care, Occupational Health and Safety, Stress Management and Office Ergonomics. In addition, our physiotherapists can provide a workshop with practical demonstrations for the client.

Elderly outreach
|
We deliver onsite elderly screening services in different community settings. Our physiotherapists will take an in-depth health history and perform a holistic health assessment on each individual. We also provide exercise supervision for groups of elderly to help improve muscle strength and increase mobility.

Products counter
|
We offer a variety of reasonably priced healthcare products at our centres for our patients and members. Our physiotherapists provide expert advice to help clients choose the products that suit their individual needs.
