Sub-health can be caused by factors such as persistent stress, bad dietary habits, mental illnesses and pollution. Symptoms of sub-health include headaches, dizziness, fatigue, burnout, back sore and muscle pain, insomnia, and poor concentration etc.
While there are no standard treatments for sub-health, a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are key to its prevention. Rests and works regularly. Avoid bad habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol and irregular diets. Obtain enough sleep and exercise to enhance immunity and relieve stress.
