Personal Information Collection Statement pertaining to RecruitmentThe personal data collected from a job applicant by Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited or its applicable subsidiary ("we", :us; or :our;) will be used for recruitment and other employment-related purposes, including but not limited to assessing the job applicant・s suitability to assume the job duties of the position he/she is applying for and to determine remuneration and benefits package, where applicable. The provision of all personal data by a job applicant in his/her job application and/or the completion of all items by a job applicant on the requisite application form is/are obligatory for selection purposes, except those items clearly marked as optional in such application form. The processing and outcome of the job applicant・s application may be affected if he/she fails to provide these data. It is our policy to retain the personal data of unsuccessful applicants for future recruitment purposes for a period of not more than six (6) months. When there are vacancies of similar position the job applicant・s is applying for in our holding company (where applicable), subsidiary or associated companies during that period, we may transfer the information provided in his/her application to the relevant units/departments of that company for consideration of employment. Thereafter, information on unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486, Laws of Hong Kong), the job applicant is entitled to request access to and/or correction of his/her personal data in relation to his/her application.
