甚麼是月經失調? 其症狀有哪些?

月經失調,亦為月經不調,是指隨著月經週期出現的不適症狀。

月經失調常見三大類別


月經的週期
(兩次月經之間的天數)

月經先期:提前七天或以上
月經後期:推遲七天或以上
月經先後不定期:提前或推遲七天以上

月經的經期
(每次來月經的天數)

行經時間超過七天以上,俗稱「拖尾」

月經的流量

月經流量過多
月經流量過少


月經失調的成因是甚麼? 長期的月經失調會導致甚麼後果呢?


​月經失調成因與危害
​外在因素:
  • ​平時不注意保養,感受到風、寒、熱、濕的侵襲
​內在因素:
  • ​精神緊張、抑鬱、不開心,或者過於勞累
​月經失調使臟腑功能失常,氣血失調,導致月經不調
​危害 (外在):
  • ​臉色不佳、可能會起色斑、暗瘡等
​危害 (內在):
  • ​有可能會不孕、月經紊亂、陰道不規則出血、貧血、四肢乏力,影響正常生活及休息,嚴重者可能會有合併子宮肌瘤、卵巢腫瘤、繼發腫瘤惡變、子宮內膜癌等疾病

曾有一名32歲典型辦公室OL,因月經問題前來求醫,小姐形容月經一般四十天或以上才來經,遲來且量少,顏色黯紅,行經時小腹脹痛,大便稀爛,月經前乳房脹痛。而小姐平時喜歡穿迷你短褲,有手腳冰冷現象;另外工作壓力大,容易精神緊張和情緒很易受影響不開心。

經醫師診斷後為月經後期,主要原因是血寒,由於小姐平時喜歡穿迷你短褲,中醫為「寒從腳下起」,因此有宮寒現象;另因為心理因素如壓力大和精神緊張,引致肝鬱氣滯。醫師建議處方中藥配合針灸以疏肝理氣、祛寒調經,僅三次來診已恢復三十天來經且經量也正常了。



要預防月經失調有甚麼方法呢? 日常生活要注意甚麼呢?

  • 作息定時,11點左右需休息 
  • 注意保溫,避免穿短裙短褲,要常常保持身體溫暖避免吹風 
  • 溫熱飲食習慣,忌生冷食物 (如沙律、壽司、雪糕、冷飲等),月經前10日左右就要戒口
