In view of the growing cases of COVID-19 infection worldwide, some of the countries have suspended their visa services, below is the latest news of our visa medical examination service for student and immigrant:
If those under Compulsory Quarantine or Medical Surveillance have developed a fever or other symptoms, they should call the designated hotline stated on their Compulsory Quarantine or Medical Surveillance requirement document to notify CHP for follow up.
We support CHP's Enhanced Laboratory Surveillance Programme. According to our doctors' clinical judgement, we will provide free specimen containers to patients for collecting deep throat saliva samples for relevant testing, with an aim of identifying cases early in order to minimise the risk of community transmission.
When an individual is found fulfilling the reporting criteria of "Severe Respiratory Disease associated with a Novel Infectious Agent", we will isolate the suspected case, transfer the suspected case to public hospital for further investigation and carry out thorough disinfection of clinic afterwards. Related notice has also been displayed at the entrance of the clinics.
