-HPV Vaccine (9-in-1) (3 doses): This vaccine item is suitable for individuals aged 15 or above. The fee includes doctor's consultation fee of $300. 

-15 - Valent Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (VAXNEUVANCE™): This vaccine item is suitable for individuals aged 6 weeks or above. The fee includes doctor's consultation fee of $300 and single dose of 15-Valent Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine. 

-20 - Valent Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (Prevenar 20): This vaccine item is suitable for high-risk individuals aged 18 or above / individuals aged 65 or above. The fee includes doctor's consultation fee of $300. 

-Hepatitis A&B (Combined) Vaccine: This vaccine is suitable for people aged 16 or above. To determine the suitability for vaccination, a test report for hepatitis A/B antigen and antibody issued within 3 months of vaccination must be presented prior to vaccination. Extra fee for blood test will be charged if a valid test report is unavailable.

-Hepatitis B Vaccine: This vaccine is suitable for individuals aged 16 or above. To determine the suitability for vaccination, a test report for hepatitis A/B antigen and antibody issued within 3 months of vaccination must be presented prior to vaccination. Extra fee for blood test will be charged if a valid test report is unavailable.

- Unless assessed by a doctor and diagnosed as unsuitable for vaccination, once payment is confirmed, the ordered vaccine services cannot be amended or refunded.

- Applicable only to vaccines where fee includes doctor's consultation fee: Once the doctor’s assessment has been performed, the doctor's consultation fee is non-refundable regardless of the result of the suitability for vaccination.
