工作職責
  • Support Central Pharmacy Department in daily inventory management including but not limited to distribution of drugs and medical consumables to clinics
  • Assist in preparation of reports for data analysis
  • Work with IT/logistics service provider on data interface issues
  • Validate vendor invoices and co-ordinate with Finance on payment arrangement
  • Support stock take activities and reconciliation
  • Assist in the monitoring of warehouse storage conditions and drug wholesale dealer activities for regulatory compliance
  • Handle enquiries from clinics and other business units

 

工作要求
  • At least 2 years of experience in dispensing and inventory management of pharmaceutical products
  • Holder of Certificate in Dispensing Studies or Higher Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology or equivalent is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and IT skill with experience in using inventory control system is an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Good knowledge on drugs
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
