Job Responsibilities
  • Implement strategic plans and analyse Hong Kong medical market needs and trends.
  • Develop and enhance new and existing system-related projects.
  • Communicate with and manage stakeholders’ expectations, and align on project deliverables and service levels for IT-related initiatives.
  • Prepare provider broadcast messages for new projects, system enhancements, and process changes.
  • Prepare and translate medical card information into clear and simple language for users.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Partnership Sales team and Finance Department on provider fee structures.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure provider credentialing requirements are met.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.


 

Job Requirements
  • Tertiary education preferably in related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Medical Network Management or Business Development field in medical insurance or healthcare industry
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently with tight schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
