QHMS Video Consultation Service Hours

• Service hours of General Practice has been extended to 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM daily (excluding public holidays).
• Traditional Chinese Medicine video consultation service hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday 9:30 AM–1:00 PM (excluding public holidays)

Same Day Drug Delivery Service

Complete a General Practice or Traditional Chinese Medicine video consultation before the specified cut-off times to enjoy same-day medication delivery, all from the comfort of your home:

• General Practice: Before 7:00 PM (Mon–Sat); before 5:00 PM (Sun)
• Traditional Chinese Medicine: Before 12:00 PM (Herbal decoction) / before 4:00 PM (Granules)

Who are eligible for Quality HealthCare's VC service?

• People aged 3 months or above, and located in Hong Kong
• Any user under the age of 18 should use Quality HealthCare Mobile App Video Consultation (VC) service accompanied by people aged 18 or above.

Who are not suitable for doing VC?

• People who are seeking treatment for medical emergencies

Consultation Fees

• General Practitioner day consultation (08:30 - 19:00) from HKD 350 ; General Practitioner evening consultation (after 19:00) from HKD 500 (3 days basic prescribed medicines included)
• Traditional Chinese Medicine from $440 onwards (4 days of basic prescribed Chinese herbs/granules included. Herbal medicine decocting service is also available for $30 per dose.)

Drug Delivery Fee

Free basic delivery charge, extra HK$120 for the Outlying Islands and remote areas.

1. Standard Areas (Free Shipping) Applicable to downtown areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Condition: Delivery vehicle can drive directly close to the building of the destination.
2. Outlying and Remote Areas (+$120 Surcharge) Includes all outlying islands, some parts of Hong Kong Island (e.g., Stanley, Repulse Bay), rural New Territories (e.g., Lam Tsuen, Kam Tin, Sha Tau Kok, etc.), all village houses, private roads, or addresses that vehicles cannot directly reach.
3. Important Note: Area Definition Standards Medication delivery is handled by third-party logistics. The definition of remote areas is based on the rates provided by the logistics system.
