Radiological imaging services is a crucial tool for patient assessment. Eligible Hospital Authority’s cancer patients can be referred to the private sector for Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services as part of their cancer care under full subsidy by the Hospital Authority.
How to receive Radiological imaging services for free?
Hospital Authority cancer patients fulfilling specific clinical criteria can be referred to the private sector for radiological diagnostic examinations as part of their cancer care.
How to join this programme?
Hospital Authority doctors will invite patients to take part in the project during consultation and on-site enrollment will be arranged for patients accepting the offer. Patients do not need to do any application.
Patients accepting Hospital Authority’s (HA) invitation can choose their Participating Service Providers (PSPs) out of HA’s list and HA will make referral according to their choice. Results of investigations will be returned to HA Hospitals through an electronic platform for clinicians to formulate subsequent treatment plan.

Alpha Medical Diagnostic Centre under Quality Healthcare is one of the listed Participating Service Providers (PSPs) recognised by the Hospital Authority providing Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services. Patients accepting Hospital Authority’s (HA) invitation can choose our services out of HA’s list and HA will make referral according to your choice.
